Goods/Products sold are not refunded unless goods are damaged when customer received the goods/products. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.
Electronic goods including but not limited to mobile phones and tablets shall be returned to the manufacturer for any defects.
Damaged goods/product must be notified to Firefly immediately upon received of the goods/products. Notification after 3 days upon receive of the goods/product will not be entertained.
For a refund or exchange, the goods/products must be return to Firefly. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. Firefly will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or exchange within 30 working days after the confirmation.
